Why MenoMayhem?
Because no woman should have to navigate the mayhem alone.
MenoMayhem was born from a simple truth: navigating perimenopause and menopause can feel overwhelming, unpredictable, and far too lonely—but sometimes, laughter helps us find our way through.
The hot flashes, brain fog, sleepless nights, changing emotions, and moments when our patience seems to disappear can be difficult to explain to anyone who hasn't experienced them. I created MenoMayhem to turn those moments into something that makes women feel seen, understood, and a little less alone.
This brand is about more than funny mugs, T-shirts, wine glasses, and gifts. It's about acknowledging what women are going through without shame or silence. It's about finding humor in the mayhem, celebrating our resilience, and reminding one another that we are still strong, vibrant, and worthy of joy through every stage of life.
